Husky Volleyball (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a volleyball club based in Connecticut, training out of Windsor and Newington. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in your message.
- Registration and payments. Tryout and program registration is handled on our LeagueApps site, not on this website. Any athlete, parent or payment details entered there are collected and stored by LeagueApps under their own privacy policy.
- Photos and video. We publish team, practice and tournament photography that may include athletes, coaches and families.
- Technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which help keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To answer enquiries and share information about our programs.
- To run tryouts, teams, training sessions and events.
- To send program updates to families registered with the club.
- To keep the website secure and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Children’s privacy
Our programs serve youth athletes, so we take particular care with information about minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website; registration is completed by a parent or guardian through LeagueApps. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.
Photography and media
Club photography may appear on this website and on our social channels. If you would prefer that an image of your athlete not be used, email patryan@huskyvball.com and we will remove it.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to function, such as remembering preferences and keeping forms secure, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and program records for as long as we need them to run the club and meet our record-keeping obligations, then remove them.

You can ask us what personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from club email at any time by writing to patryan@huskyvball.com. Information held in LeagueApps can also be managed from your LeagueApps account.
